JAX Logistics operates businesses in the Factoring Industry, (providing alternative financing and operating capital to small businesses in the transportation industry); Heavy Equipment Leasing Industry; Transportation Brokerage Industry; and Specialized Transportation Industry. JAX Logistics has offices in FL, TN, SC, NJ and IA. As the COO, Mr. DeVault is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of all worldwide operations, across all business lines. Mr. DeVault is a member of the International Factoring Association and the Transportation Intermediaries Association. Michael has more than 25 years of experience in the global supply chain industry, in the 3PL, Manufacturing and Finance arenas. Michael’s extensive experience includes designing, implementing and operating world-class logistics solutions for some of the most respected companies in the automotive, high tech, fashion, retail, consumer, healthcare, agricultural and chemical industries.
Mr. DeVault formerly held the position of VP Global Distribution & Logistics for Timex Corporation, managing the company’s global supply chain, international customer service and worldwide facilities management. Prior to that, Mr. DeVault was the Managing Director of Operations and Managing Director of Procurement for FedEx Global Supply Chain Services. In his role, he was responsible for all transportation programs in North America and Europe, as well as all procurement functions for the corporation. Additionally, Mr. DeVault worked for CSX Corporation in their supply chain organization, where he designed one of the industry’s first on-line transportation exchanges.

Marcy DeVault is the President of JAX Logistics LLC and JAX Factors LLC and is responsible for the company’s finances, including financial analysis, revenue and growth modeling and projections, budget administration, financial reporting, treasury functions, and forecasting.
Ms. DeVault has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining JAX, Ms. DeVault worked as the CFO for Optimum Healthcare IT, as the CFO for French Fry Heaven, as the Director of Administrative and Financial Services for the Art Institute of Jacksonville, and was the Controller for the T.L. Cannon Companies.
Ms. DeVault holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration, and a Master of Arts Degree in Management from Webster University.
